We hope the information below will help to answer some of your questions - we are happy to chat through all the options available to you

Will the machine fit through my gateway?

Yes. Our machines have been designed with this in mind and they will go through a standard sized gate - 28" being the narrowest. We will need clear straight space on either side of gates to allow access.


How long will the meat take to cook?

Approximate times are;

  • Pig - 6 hours
  • Lamb - 3 hours
  • Beef - 3 hours
  • Chickens and turkeys - 3 hours

How many will it feed?

You give us an approximate number to cater for and we'll supply the right amount of meat to suit

How much will it cost?

Our catering packages are completely tailored to suit your requirements and budget.


Do you have insurance?

Yes. We have public liability and other insurances in place in order to operate.

Are you registered? Yes. We're registered with local environmental officers and have HACCP systems in place.


What do I need to provide?

All we need you to do is have a flat area 3m x 3m for us to set up on and to erect our cover which goes over the entire carvery - come rain or shine. Other than that we are self-contained.
