Hog Roasts for Hertfordshire and surrounding
areas.
Paul and Marie have been involved in the
catering industry for over 20 years, mainly
based in Spain.
We have now relocated to Hertfordshire
to provide an unequalled catering service
to the home counties and very excited to
bring our experience of both spit roasting
and the preparation of Mediterranean dishes,
especially Paellas.

We took 1st prize of 85 entrants - for
Best Paella Los Monesterios,
Valencia, - 23rd April 2003.
